This course attempts to introduce the fundamental concepts of hand cutting and machine cutting. Under this course we describe about the process of blade making, different types of dies used for machine cutting, method of storage of dies. Under this course the students will understand and operate swing arm clicking press, splitting machine, strap cutting machine and stamping machine. Students will also be trained in interlocking of the patterns for different types of leather cutting.
